The Town of Spring Hope is currently experiencing extreme drought conditions due to prolonged below-normal rainfall across our region. We are strongly encouraging VOLUNTARY water conservation from all residents to help protect our water supply.

Some ways we can all help is to limit lawn irrigation, fix leaks, dripping faucets, run dishwashers and washing machines with full loads only. Also turn off the water while brushing teeth or shaving.  Drought conditions are being monitored using rainfall, stream flows, groundwater levels and reservoir data across North Carolina.
