Public Works is dedicated to providing the residents of the Town of Spring Hope with the highest quality utilities and maintenance services.  The Public Works crew are responsible for water supply and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, town rights-of-way and sidewalks, cemetery maintenance, and leaf and limb collection.
