Town of Spring Hope Governance

The Town of Spring Hope is a council-manager form of government. The Board of Commissioners is the decision making board for the Town of Spring Hope and the manager implements the policies of the Board.

Board meetings are the first Monday of each month or the succeeding Tuesday ​on holidays.

The Board of Commissioners and Mayor also comprise the Board of Adjustment for the Town of Spring Hope. Board of Adjustment meets as needed.

Department of Commerce Main  Street & Rural Planning Center.  SPRING HOPE MAIN STREET PROGRAM is charged with administering the program at the local level and building public-private partnerships to spur economic development that achieves measurable results such as investment, business growth, and job creation.
