Calendar

Utility Bills are sent out by the 1st of the month. Bills are due the 20th of every month. Unpaid balances are assessed late fees on the 21st. Disconnections are usually on, or around the 26th, or practicable business day. 
Payments can be made anytime at www.springhope.net. The Town Residents' Guide is full of useful information.  However, the fees within the guide have been replaced by the FY25 Rate Schedule.
